Court Marriage in Pakistan
Court marriage — also called civil marriage — is a free-will marriage between two consenting adults, solemnized by a Nikah Khawan and documented by a lawyer, then registered with the Union Council. Both parties must be at least 18 years old, and the bride signs an affidavit confirming her free consent, without pressure from either family. Our lawyers arrange and supervise the entire process in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi and Lahore.
Online Nikah & Online Marriage for Overseas Pakistanis
An Online Nikah is a genuine alternative to a traditional ceremony for couples who cannot be in the same place — commonly overseas Pakistanis marrying a partner still in Pakistan. It is conducted according to Islamic Shari’a: the absent party appoints a Vakeel (proxy/attorney) through a Wakalatnama, and the Vakeel represents them at the ceremony, with two witnesses present. We handle the full process from our offices in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi and Lahore, followed by registration under the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961.

Who Can Perform a Marriage in Pakistan
Marriages in Pakistan are solemnized by a Nikah Khawan (Qazi) working with a lawyer for Muslim marriages, a recognised priest or pastor for Christian marriages, or a Hindu Pandit appointed as marriage registrar for Hindu marriages under the Hindu Marriage Act 2017.
